1. BOOKING & DEPOSITS
Payment in full is required to confirm your order and reserve your date in our diary. For corporate accounts, we offer 30-day invoicing terms by prior arrangement only.

2. CANCELLATIONS & AMENDMENTS
Cancellations are non-refundable. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event will incur the full cost of the order, as bespoke elements and ingredients will have already been prepared. CHANGES: We will do our best to accommodate design or quantity changes up to 5 days before the event. Major structural changes to cakes may incur additional fees.

3. DELIVERY & COLLECTION
Poppy's Cupcakes provide a 2-hour delivery window. While we strive for perfection, we cannot be held liable for delays caused by extreme traffic conditions or road closures beyond our control. Venue Responsibility: Once the cupcakes/cakes have been delivered and signed for by the venue or client, Poppys Cupcakes is no longer responsible for any damage caused by improper handling, heat, or storage.

4. DIETARY REQUIREMENTS & ALLGENS
Full Transparency: While we offer Vegan and Gluten-Free options, our kitchen handles nuts, dairy, wheat, and eggs. We cannot guarantee a 100% allergen-free environment. CLIENT DUTY: It is the client’s responsibility to inform their guests of any potential allergens. We provide an allergen card with every delivery.

5. DESIGN & ARTISTRY
Creative License: Every cake is handcrafted. While we use our inspiration photos as a guide, we do not create exact replicas. Minor variations in color and placement are part of the artisanal process.

Note. LONDON PARKING
Please ensure there is a legal loading bay or parking space available for our delivery vehicle. Any parking fines incurred during delivery due to lack of access will be added to the final invoice.
